Dutch Meat Roll

Ingredients:

1lb Mince
1/2lb minced bacon
1 tablespoon HP Sauce
1 egg
breadcrumbs
1 onion chopped
Salt and Pepper

 

Method:

Mix mince, bacon, HP sauce and breadcrumbs together.

Add onion, beaten egg, salt and pepper.

Mix well.

Press into greased 1lb loaf tin

Place in oven at 180C for 1 - 1 1/4 hours.
